For Once, Go All the Way! is more than a book—it is a declaration of life.

Jacques Aubin did not just lose 225 pounds. He broke free from the prison of morbid obesity, endured illness, faced paralysis, and survived heart events that could have stopped him. Yet he chose to rise again, to walk, to run, and to dream anew.

Within these pages, he does not simply tell his story. He holds up a mirror to the reader. He reminds us that each of us carries an unsuspected strength, capable of turning pain into power, setbacks into growth, and fear into courage.

This book is a burning invitation to action, a cry of love for life, and a promise: whatever your challenge may be, you too can go all the way.

Your moment is not tomorrow. Your moment begins today.

Born in Montréal in 1963, Jacques Aubin carried responsibilities very early in life. After taking charge of his family as a teenager, he pursued secondary and postsecondary studies that first led him into the financial sector, before building a solid entrepreneurial career. Visionary and committed, he led several companies in distribution and sports events and founded 123 Go Santé.

His personal journey of transformation—from living in a body marked by obesity to becoming a passionate athlete—brought into the spotlight as a certified coach, a motivational speaker, and an inspiring author. His many certifications in running, physical activity, and nutrition allow him to guide thousands of people toward health and well-being.

In 2020, he received the Medal of the National Assembly of Quebec for his outstanding commitment. Today, he continues his mission as a leadership coach, speaker, and writer, determined to spread his message of resilience and transformation through All the Way, his books, and future projects.
